General Repairs: "How can I ever thank you and Marcel for coming to the aid of a little old lady, who had invested her funds in a horribly run down unit in a seniors building. A friend recommended you and your genuineness showed through when looking over all the necessary repairs, your fee was reasonable. Yet when you commenced work, I was amazed that you both went out of your way to do so many necessary repairs and improvements. You kept in mind my age and pocketbook, yet work was over and above what I expected. The bathroom was in abominable shape from a badly stained floor to the gouged walls! All walls throughout the unit had many cracks, there were problems with the plumbing in the laundry, the dryer exhaust was deteriorating...yet you and Marcel fixed many areas with very little cost to me. You both were so professional, BUT to boot, you treated me with kindness and respect. My once horrid little condo, is now a ‘gem’, and I get comments on my beautiful bathroom! "
